Excellent service from start to finish. Delivery was exceptionally fast, and the pre-purchase support was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and ensure I was purchasing the right product for my vintage equipment.
What really impressed me was the outstanding after-sales support. When I initially experienced an issue with the SRAM card, they responded promptly with detailed technical advice and genuinely cared about getting everything working correctly. Their recommendations resolved the issue completely. A trustworthy, professional seller who clearly knows their products. Highly recommended!

Dear All,
I’m Nalaka from Sri Lanka, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible support we received during an emergency repair of our convection baking oven blower.
Despite the urgency and the weekend timing, your team went above and beyond by dispatching the necessary parts from the Netherlands on Friday evening — even before payment was processed. Thanks to your swift action, we received the parts by Tuesday and were able to complete the repair that same evening.
This level of service is truly exceptional, and I’m deeply appreciative of your professionalism, trust, and commitment. You helped us avoid significant downtime, and for that, we are genuinely thankful.
Warm regards, Nalaka
Best one I ever used!
We have received the Elau Pacdrive MAX-4/11/03/128/08/1/1/00 Servo Drive. We are very happy with it and have no complains towards it.
