Ethernet Powerlink (+K470)

Mit regenerativer Funktionalität wird die Bremsenergie des Motors an den Single Drive zurückgeführt und in das Versorgungsnetz eingespeist, sodass sie von anderer Ausrüstung genutzt werden kann. Bei mechanischem oder Widerstandsbremsen geht Energie als Wärme verloren und es ist oft eine zusätzliche Kühlung erforderlich, während der regenerative Betrieb des Single Drive erhebliche Einsparungen beim Energieverbrauch und der Kühlung bietet. Der Single Drive erreicht einen Leistungsfaktor von eins, was bedeutet, dass elektrische Energie optimal genutzt wird. Ausgestattet mit einer aktiven Versorgungseinheit und integriertem niederharmonischem Netzfilter erzeugt der regenerative Single Drive außergewöhnlich niedrige Oberschwingungsanteile.
