Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Shipping carriers may include but are not limited to DHL, UPS, FedEx, or local postal services, depending on your location and the size of the shipment.

UIP ships to most countries worldwide. We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products can reach you wherever you are.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on:

You will see the shipping cost as part of your order summary before completing your purchase. For these zones we have fixed prices:
- Netherlands: Free of shipping costs

Europe (except UK and IR):
- up to €750,- we charge €35,-
- Above €750,- free of shipping costs

United Kingdom & Ireland:
- Up to €750,- we charge €45,-
- Above €750,- free of shipping costs

Rest of the world: Shipping carrier specifies shipping costs
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days (depending on location).

Expedited Shipping: 2-7 business days (depending on location).

Emergency Shipping: Available at checkout for urgent orders.
Orders placed before 3 PM (CET) are shipped the same day. Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
We offer parcel tracking on every shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. UIP is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photographs of the damaged package and items to parts@usedindustrialparts.com for assistance with replacements or refunds.

Lost Shipments: If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns and Shipping
