How do I order my parts?
You may order from our secure website.

Do I need an account when I want to order parts?
Yes. Creating an account is mandatory for us to process an order.

Do you charge membership fees for an account?
No. At this moment we don't have a membership program or fee.

How can I pay?
We offer secure payments using Paypal, major Credit Cards, iDeal and wiretransfers (wiretransfers take longer processing time, so we encourage direct online payments).

Do I receive updates once I ordered my parts?
Yes. This is a fully automated process. You receive updates on every status update for you order.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are generated and emailed automatically to the email address provided by you.

Can I buy an account?
No. We do not finance purchases on accounts.

Do you buy surplus material?
Yes, please visit our Sell to Us page for more info. Or you can email a detailed list to parts@usedindustrialparts.com. Once we have gone over the list we will contact you. No matter the size of your list we will take the time to offer the best pricing available.

Do you sell obsolete parts?
We have many obsolete parts available. If we don’t have the part or parts you are looking for in stock, we will use all of our resources to find it for you.

Our warehouse is located at Veensesteeg 10N 4264KG Veen The Netherlands.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, selling and shipping worldwide is our core business. Expedited shipping is available on many of our products. Please allow additional time for international orders to arrive.

Do you offer same-day shipping service?
Yes. We ship the same day if the order is confirmed before 3:00 P.M. (CET). Call us if you require it outside this cutoff time.

When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship the same day. Any orders processed after 3:00 P.M. (CET) will ship the following day.

How do I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided once order has been shipped. We will email you a paid invoice with tracking number.

How do I return a part (RMA)?
Please contact us via phone or email about any returns and a representative will contact you with further details.

How much can i save from the Manufacturer's list price?
On most parts you will save 50% - 75% from the manufacturer's list price.

What types of conditions do you offer?
We offer new, used, and remanufactured merchandise.

Do you offer a warranty on your merchandise?
Yes. Our parts come with a DOA warranty and a 6 months warranty.

Is there a restocking fee for returning material?
There is a 20% restocking fee.

Do we have to pay import duties if we are based outside the European Union?
We send all of our goods "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that you will be responsible for any costs for importing the goods. Therefore, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. We hope you understand that we are unable to comply with all import regulations. We can only add a commercial invoice to your shipment.
