Emergency Shipments – Express delivery outside our standard business hours

At Used Industrial Parts (UIP), we understand how critical operational continuity is in industrial environments. Downtime has direct consequences for production and business operations. That is why we offer our customers the option to use our Emergency Shipment service.

What is an Emergency Shipment?

An Emergency Shipment is an optional express shipping service for orders placed outside our standard business hours (07:00–16:00 CET). In these situations, you will be given the option in the shopping cart to actively select “Emergency Shipment" in the cart (so after adding the selected item to your car.”

Once this option is selected, we process your order with direct priority (within hours after purchase) and dispatch it via an express courier.

Pricing & surcharge

For the Emergency Shipment service, we charge a fixed surcharge of €75,
or the equivalent amount in the customer’s or company’s local currency.

• The surcharge is only applied when the option is actively selected in the shopping cart (so first; add the item to your cart. Second; chose the item 'Emergency Shipment' there)

• All amounts are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise

• Currency conversion is based on the selected market

When you choose Emergency Shipment, we ensure:

• ASAP Priority order processing

• ASAP Picking and packing outside standard working hours

• ASAP Shipment via an express courier

• ASAP handover to our logistics partner

• ASAP order and shipping confirmation with tracking information

Important conditions

• Emergency Shipment is available for orders placed outside our standard business hours (07:00–16:00 CET) and are not-refundable
  

• Cut-off times and transit times depend on the selected express courier

• The surcharge covers accelerated internal handling; exceptional courier costs Will be charged separately.

• Once processing has started, cancellation or modification is no longer possible

• The surcharge is not applicable in refunds / after returns
