The RZE01.2-5-007, a top-quality drive control system produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is renowned for its positioning and speed control functionalities commonly used with both induction and synchronous motors. Its versatile design entails hardware and software modularity, allowing easy adaptation for specific drive control applications through the integration of various AC drive converters, including line contactors, a braking chopper, DC supply inverters, and a rectifier. It features diverse interface options like the Sercos interface, Profibus DP, Interbus interface, and CAN bus interface. The device also comes with an EMC filter built into the RD 500 system, offering noise immunity conforming to EN 50082-2 standards. This filter functions optimally at ambient temperatures below 40°C, with a maximum line voltage of 500V. The lightweight device at 4.4 kg also significantly reduces harmonics fed back into the line supply and offers reduced radio interference.
